Fortinet Tenant Improvement (New Data Centre & Office Reno)

LOCATION: Burnaby, BC

For this project Ratio Code Consultants was retained to prepare an alternative solution regarding the custom (2 hour FT rated) firestopping of new electrical service penetrations that occurred through a concrete slab floor due to a new data centre and office renovation.  We assessed site conditions, reviewed background documents and prepared an alternative solution addressing the expected performance level of the custom firestop system.
